1. Use of Our Website
By using madcare.us, you confirm that you are using the website for lawful purposes only and that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, flavors, sizes, and specifications accurately. However, minor differences in packaging, label design, formula presentation, flavor labeling, or product appearance may occur depending on manufacturer updates or supplier availability.
Product information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
3. Health and Supplement Disclaimer
Products sold by Madcare may include health, wellness, sports nutrition, and supplement items. Customers should read all product labels, warnings, ingredients, and usage directions before use.

Madcare is not responsible for misuse of products, allergic reactions, personal health responses, incorrect usage, or failure to follow product instructions.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, payment approval, and availability.
Madcare reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we detect incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, or any other issue that prevents successful fulfillment.
5. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been shipped, courier delays are outside our control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing the order.
If an order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible and a full refund may be issued.
If an order has already shipped, the customer must receive the package and return it unopened and unused before any refund can be considered. A $20 handling/restocking fee may apply for shipped order cancellations.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Our default store rule is No Returns for fulfilled items unless approved by our support team.
Opened, used, consumed, tested, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for return or refund.
Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.
Damaged items, once verified, are eligible for replacement only, not refund.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us first before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing order issues and providing support where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Madcare is not liable for delays, courier issues, incorrect customer information, product misuse, allergic reactions, health reactions, personal preference, taste preference, product compatibility issues, or any indirect losses related to the use of our website or products.
